If cancellations are made 28 days before the start of your stay there is a full refund and we will debit your credit card for the entire amount of the booking. For cancellations made between 28 days and 7 days before the start of your stay, a two nights accommodation fee is charged.  If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival there will be NO REFUND. 

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance in order to protect yourselves from unforseen circumstances that might arise.  Every effort will be made to rent the apartment after cancellation and should this happen we will cheerfully refund this amount to you.
